My package tracking number is LT127780838CN. It looks to have been sent in early September, but there has been a long time with no updates. Is it on it's way to the US?

hi my tracking hasnt updated in over two weeks. tracking info is lx971699758cn also the seller did not sent with my house number and need this amended. is their anyway? the seller said i need to contact the courier but i cannot contact epacket
