LT376847182CN is my tracking number seller says it was released by customs but ems tracking site says held by customs:

2016-11-15 01:16:00 GuangDongShengGuangZhouShi 51032100 Posting
2016-11-15 03:17:00 GUANGZHOU Handed over to Customs
2016-11-15 03:18:00 GUANGZHOU Held by Customs

While track-chinapost.com says :
Destination Country - Cache Time: 2016-11-27 22:19
2016-11-15 01:16 CHINA, Acceptance, Your item was accepted at 1:16 am on November 15, 2016 in CHINA.
Origin Country - Cache Time: 2016-11-27 22:19
2016-11-15 03:18 Guangzhou Customs clearance
2016-11-15 03:17 Guangzhou, to the customs
2016-11-15 01:16 Guangzhou, Guangzhou postal EMS the company's international business branch has been received

I dont know whats going on since it hasnt been updated since 12 days ago. Can anyone help me out

1. This is the last tracking I found about your parcel:
2016-11-15 00: 00: 00.0 20:46:00 Guangzhou leaves the processing center and sends it to USORDF

In case you ask:
ORD is the airport in Chicago

2. Just continue to track your parcel on the USPS site for any new movement. Parcel to USA can take from 15 to 35 days and even more.
