Please help me track my package LL187724087CN . It says delivery attempted but my cameras say no attempt was made. Where is it or do I call amazon for a refund?

CanadaPost website shows the parcel arrived your local post office. It seems to have delivery problem. Please go to your nearest post office to pickup the parcel.

I went to the post office and it shows all the tracking points and it has never even made it to my city. They attempted delivery in the wrong city. So now what?

the parcel was originally shipped to Calgary,AB and then it was re-directed to recipient's new address in North Vancouver. Now it is still Post office in North Vancouver. Are you in Calgary or North Vancouver?
