Hi,

Regarding my package " RL127420199CN " the status from last 1.2 months says

China, BEIJING, Send item abroad (EDI-received), Air, xxxxx AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

I think this means that the package has not yet arrived to my country else the status would be " Receive item at office of exchange "

But if the package has not yet arrived and it has been sent for the country then where did it go.

Can someone help me out here for the status.

On the contrary, i would think the package should have arrived at Kolkata by now (only for its status not being updated by the customs/post officials from there). Once the package leaves china, there is virtually nothing can be done from the seller side or china post.

All you can do is, ask the seller to extend the buyer protection by few more days/weeks or if you can contact the Kolkata customs office or head post office for your package's status.

As a last resort, open dispute at the seller's site for non-arrival of package in 35 days time.

(BTW, i myself have a package coming through china post with the exact same status as yours since 19th August 2015)

I was having one more package. For that the status on 28th July was

"China, BEIJING, Send item abroad (EDI-received)....."

That was changed on 27th August "Receive item at office of exchange"

But this one RL127420199CN that is stuck is same since 29th July

"China, BEIJING, Send item abroad (EDI-received)....." that is why I thought it might not have landed in the country
