Hello this order was supposedly shipped EARLY November, and i don't mind waiting but its now past the supplier deadline and i'm eligible to challenge the purchase.

Please look into this and advise. thank you

2. Parcel to USA can take from 15 to 35 days and more to be deliver. Your parcel is going to JFK. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country. This is the busies period for China to deliver parcel overseas.

3. If you don't mind waiting for the parcel do so, you might also want to have your buyer's protection extended.
