Hello,

I ordered an item from China on 31/10/2019 and it hasn't arrived yet. The last update is dated on 5/11/2019 and since this day I have no other information about my package.
Now it's two weeks after estimated delivery so I'm trying to find out what happened.
Here's tracking number: UE815870209CN.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left China. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. Both China and destination country give very low priority to sort and deliver this kind of parcel. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=RP569963544CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fraud.

if you have got this number for long time and paid with aliexpress , you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
