My tracking number is CP371640053CN. i have a parcel coming from China to Nepal. It was all good in the beginning but after few days my tracking information got stuck in as "arrived at Hong Kong AMC" and haven't got any update since last days . Can anybody please help me know what is wrong with my parcel?

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very cheap and slow parcel.

If your parcel shows "arrived at Hong Kong AMC", it means the parcel will be shipped by sea from Hong Kong . You might need wait half year to get it in Nepal. there will be No more status update after it arrives Hong Kong.
