Post Package lost? What to do?

Hey guys, I had a package leave Fuzhou via EMS on the 15th En-route to USA. 9 days later it's still showing Pre-shipment. I contacted USPS and was told to contact seller and have them do a inquiry and trace cause it hasn't left china, which I did. Seller says it was shipped. idk who or what to believe. Anyone have this happen before? is my pack lost? Thx in advance. EA098498548CN

EA098498548CN is still in Fuzhou. wait one more week and track again in http://track-chinapost.com/, if still in Fuzhou, you should open dispute.

I contacted seller. They told me it has left Fuzhou on the 15th. so they lied? I'm confused. why does tracking say processed through Fuzhou? Is there anyway it can reach me by next Friday? im going on vacation and needed the items.

EMS parcel normally takes only 2 weeks to reach USA. if you can not get it by next friday, you should open dispute and claim refund from seller.

Ok guys, so my pack just updated. It was processed through isc ny on the 19th. I'm in nyc shouldn't it have reached me by now? Usps is horrible!
