Hello can you tell me more information about this tracking? There seems to be no information other than sent to Chicago via turn. LT248867991CN Is the tracking number.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT248867991CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Jan 22. It seems to be lost as USPS does not have any arrival information of this parcel.

you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.
