Hi All,

Can anybody help me. I bought one projector from bangood. It was delivered to me in India. However it was not working. So I sent it back to China. Issue is it is held by Guangzhou EMS custom. I am not sure how to connect with custom. What's the problem. When will it be released. Local china seller is not helping me. India post tracking no is EH559943913IN. It being almost three weeks status is same online. Can any body suggest me to whom should I connect to get it released. Thanks

EH559943913IN should have customs clearance problem in Guangzhou. You need call receiver and ask him to contact China Post hotline 11185 , try to pay duty and collect the parcel from China Post Guangzhou office.

Hi,
Unfortunately receiver doesn't want to solve this. Could you please provide me exact reason of retention. Do they need original invoice copy?. Custom fine or they have any other issue. Plz provide more information to resolve this. Thanks in advance. Sushil kumar

if receiver does not want to solve this issue, you can not get it delivered. you can not wake up a person who pretends to sleep.

Let me Check with receiver
1 can someone else from China can collect my parcel on my behalf?
2 in case if undelivered can it be send back to me. I will pay postage charge s. Plz suggest.

none can pickup the parcel on your behalf.

if receiver does not pickup the parcel, it will be returned to shipper.
