Hi my package tracking number: LW919934667CN has not updated in almost 3 weeks. China to USA. Is it lost or stuck in customs? What service was this shipped with?

LW919934667CN is in US customs in JFK airport. USPS import processing sometimes takes about 2 to 4 weeks. you need wait one or two more weeks.

How do you know it’s in US Customs? Tracker says it’s departed China but hasn’t updated since. Thank you

It’s says it’s still in China. Hasn’t updated since oct. 1. Didn’t you say the package is in the US?

the parcel status shows in China, but actually it should be in USA customs now. You can not see USA location usa customs releases it to USPS. this procedure might take 2 to 4 weeks.
