Hello!
my friend has placed an order on the 15 of November and it still has not arrived.
The status of the parcel has been stuck on "Departed country of origin" since November 23rd So I wanted to know where is my friend's package and if she should ask for refund.
The Tracking number is LX807790755CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LX807790755CN was shipped from Shenzhen to Israel on Nov 27. Many parcels shipped in Nov from Guangzhou are seriously delayed.

It is now in some middle place between China Post and Israel Post system. Very Possible location is in Hong Kong airport. You can not know exact location until parcel passes Israel customs.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
