2016-10-06 10:56:58.0 Hangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-10-06 12:11:22.0 Hangzhou Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2016-10-07 18:18:00.0 Shanghai Transit Station export security scan
2016-10-07 19:23:44.0 Shanghai Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-10-11 14:14:00.0 arrive Shanghai Int'l Airport
2016-10-15 15:43:43.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport

Does anyone have an idea where my package might be? Dropped from the airplane to the sea? It has been 30 days since it was shipped to Finland and nothing shows in my local post office's tracking information either. I placed the order the 29th of September and the seller told that if the item has not arrived in two months I'll get my money back.

1. Your parcel was only mail on the 05 Oct.

2. Estimate arrival time for parcel to your country Finland is 6 to 36 days. Your parcel has been on the road for 39 days.

3. That's all the info I can provide you because I don't have the tracking number. You should contact seller and insist he call China Post about your parcel to find out more information.

I don't know if you can find any other information than I have found concerning this order but here is the tracking number for this order: RJ873104683CN

I contacted the seller who told that this time of the year is the logistic peak which is why it takes longer for the package to arrive. It has now been 7 weeks since I bought the item.

1. No other info about your parcel. I would give your parcel a last chance. If by 25 Nov you can not track it on the Finland Post site and have not receive the parcel, then open a dispute for not receiving your parcel.

2. Please make sure you still have buyers protection for your parcel.
