Hi,
I have a package sent from the USa to China almost two months ago,that hasn't arrived yet. Tracking number wasn't provided, so I'm unable to track it. Is it normal,that the delivery takes so long or is my package lost? Any help regarding the situation is appreciated.

1. Without tracking number it's hard to tell. But if you look at the other way around it can take from 16 to 62 days to arrive in USA.

2. Could also mean the parcel is lost!
