Post Package could not be delivered

On March 27, 2017 my package could not be delivered (RE694579993DE). The recipient informed me that he did not get a delivery notice from courier. Please let me know where is my package and when it will be delivered.

you can ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel asap.

Please, help.
My package is already in the post office for 10 days and can not be delivered.
