Post Package at wrong address/no update?

My item (tracking # LW183020887CN) was processed through ISC Los Angeles, CA. on 5-5-2017. On 5-8-2017 item was delivered (in/at mailbox) in Anaheim, CA.? Problem is my delivery address on order clearly has delivery listed as Hyattsville, MD. Seller has not responded to e-mails.
Could my order be at a USPS dispatch center awaiting further instructions, or does this sound like a scam?
Package should be almost 70 lbs. Was suppose to ship Parcel Select Ground from Fresno, CA.?
Thanks for any help on this problem.
