I ordered a product on May 3, 2019. 0n may 9th I received the confirmation of my order and that it had shipped. I also received a tracking number. Today, June 3rd I tried to track my order, entering my tracking number then hit enter. I was forwarded to another page that said results for tracking and there was nothing there. Is it normal to wait longer than a month to r my order and how do I track my order?
