Have contact Scollor and they have said that this has been sent via your services.

I am yet to see my parcel and there is no tracking data about this.

Please confirm that Scollor sent this via your services it has been 12 weeks now since I ordered.

Checking the tracking system it says that it has been sitting in your sorting centre since the 27th of Apr. Please fix this quickly.

LL213526895CN was shipped on April 27. Normally such ePacket parcel should arrive Australia within 2 to 4 weeks. Your parcel is very likely to be lost.

If you paid with PayPal or aliexpress, I suggest you open dispute for non-arrival order refund.
