Can any body help me? I am trying to find out what is happening with my parcel number RI494799340CN. Apparently it was sent on 13th June but I haven't heard or seen anything and it hasn't arrived yet.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

RI494799340CN status is ok. you need some patient. parcel status freeze for 2 to 4 weeks is normal.

Can you please have a look at the status of this parcel again? It has now been over four weeks since the parcel was sent but I still have not received the item.

Any help would be appreciated

i need help. i ordered leather jacket on aliexpress.com on may. the seller send it via china post but still i do not receive it( the tracking number is RN073780449CN. On china post tracking service i see that it is invalid tracking number. unfortunately i do not know chinese language and can not contact to china post directly. i write to my seller every week and he keep silent. so i please to help me. the jacket is expensive and there is more that 5 month i wait and nobody can help me.((((

you should open dispute to aliexpress and claim refund for fraud shipment.
