Hi
I ordered a package to Israel on September 1st, last info is 'Leaving parcel center Shanghai (China)' from September 8th. The seller can't help and doesn't know where the package is.

The tracking number is LX469993845CN. Please help me locate this package.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows LX486948965CN was shipped to Israel and LW854566572CN was shipped to USA on Sep 21. Are you sure both numbers are yours?

ePacket normally will arrive Israel in 2 to 3 weeks. I believe you should open dispute for lost parcel.

All orders are mine, for customers. So you couldn't find information regarding tracking number LX469993845CN?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was shipped on Sep 9. Normally epacket should arrive Israel in 3 weeks. You need open dispute for lost parcel refund.
