Hello, I need help finding out who or what to do about my package. I said in its tracking that it was to be Delivered on 3/11 but it failed. The location was in my town. Until it was moved then it seemed to stop giving updates since 3/17. If there is some way to get more information or to be able to talk to a person to find out what to do about this, would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

This is a scam which has been reported by many other users. The seller shipped some junk to another address, he needs a "delivery" result to claim payment from your bank.

Please call your credit card bank to report fraud.

I am not sure if this is true because from what I know about that company that I ordered from is reputable. In fact I have talked to 2 separate people about them receiving the product I just ordered. Is there really nothing that can be done? Again the last reports were that it is in Transit via, USPS on 3/17.
