I ordered an item from Top Fashion Shop 2012 and was originally sent the wrong size in July 2016. After numerous attempts I finally got in touch with individual thru chat only after a dispute was opened and on September 12, 2016, I was giving the tracking number of LP00059266824296 and told that the correct dress was shipped via epacket. When I google epacket and attempt to track the package the message I get states:

The Postal Service could not locate the tracking information for your request. Please verify your tracking number and try again later.
The carrier hasn't accepted your package yet.
The carrier hasn't scanned and entered your package tracking information into their system yet.
Your tracking number is incorrect or invalid.
Your tracking number has expired and removed from carriers system.

I have verified the tracking number and it is correct. I have tried again to contact the company and now I am told that the dress is no longer available. So i am trying to find the original shipment that was supposedly sent September 12, 2016. COULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP? This dress was ordered for a wedding and I ordered a 0-3 month and they shipped a 12 month. Way to big to even have altered.

1. The above tracking number belongs to :
In fact, LP*** tracking numbers are used by well known Chinese postal service YANWEN Logistics.

Generally chinese sellers use their services to deliver cheap (up to $10) packages worldwide. It is sad, but location of their parcels can't be detected outside of China. But generally all is OK with such parcels. It takes up to 2 months to get them.

2. You could track the number here:
http://www.yw56.com.cn/english/index.aspx

3. But unfortunately the tracking number is not working which means to me that the parcel was never mail.

4. May I suggest you have a look at this for tracking number:

What are the stand formats of China Post tracking number? How to distinguish them?

This should answer your question about E Packet and give you more info on tracking numbers of China Post.

Hope this help.
