It's almost 7 days ago since the last activity.

The tracking number is RK567604510CN

It's currently (and still stuck) at "[Suzhou (China)] Export customs cleared"

Any ideas?

I'm in the same boat. Mine says processed through facility in Suzhou and that was last updated on January 11, item was purchased on Jan 3. Hoping it comes since this is my third time and was suppose to be a Christmas gift. First two were refunded however. My tracking number is LK133654989CN, hoping it will still show up.

Suzhou city, has left Suzhou, sent to San Francisco

2. Now what needs to happen is USPS scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

3. Just continue to track your parcel on the USPS site for any new movement.

4. In normal condition parcel from China to USA can take between 9 to 23 days to be deliver. Buy the way your parcel was receive by China Post EMS on the 11 Jan.

1. This type of parcel is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. Can be track in China and has limited tracking. This is the last tracking you will see for your parcel.

2. Can be deliver to you between 30 to 60 days and your National Post Office will deliver the parcel.
