Hello, I sent a Deutsche Post Maxibrief ( Tracking number RR236291212DE from November 29) and it says" Frankfurt export customs cleared" on November 30. Since then I get no update. :( :(

Can you help?

1. If the parcel is for China, then the parcel has not arrive in China or China Post did not scan the parcel yet.
