My parcel says delivered but it was not. Please help

Canada Post website shows LL062233331CN arrived BURLINGTON,ON on April 10. It has been, delivered to your community mailbox, parcel locker or apt./condo mailbox.

If you can not find the parcel in your mailbox, then check your local post office for delivery detail.

I have contacted my postal office and they don’t have my package they said you guys would have to put in a claim to them to figure out where it was delivered

you need contact your seller to file investigation or open dispute to seller for refund.
