Hi,
I ordered something on DHgate.com on 4/24. I got a message saying that it was shipped with a tracking number LW193985245CN, but I'm not able to track it. It says that the number is invalid. Can someone help me figure out where my package is at. And when it will get here?

"the number is invalid" means your seller did not ship you anything. Push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if the number is still untraceable , you will open dispute to dhgate against fraud shipment.
