Post Not able to track package from US to China

I'm having the same tracking issue. I sent a USPS package from the US to china and they have no tracking info for me. I sent it July 11 and the recipient claims they have not received it. It only took a total of 21 days to get there item sent from china. My customs tracking number is LC771901364US

you used wrong shipping method. LC771901364US is USPS 1st class mail which can not be tracked in china. You should use register mail (format R******US).

I plugged it in the tracking field on this site and it came up with Chinese symbols for destination and status

Is there any way to find out if its gone through China's customs??

you can not know anything about this kind parcel. it is not trackable.

Again check out all information match parcel no, and ask parcel man.

The customs tracking number is correct. My post office said it was trackeble until it reached china. There is absolutely no way to contact china customs to see if there holding it or if it at least went through to be checked???

it is not trackable in china. Your post office told you wrong information.
