Hi I’m sorry to post again and really am grateful for any information anyone can give me, My parcel LM313070799CN has not had an update since 27th of November and still says item held at Outward Office of Exchange, It is a Christmas present and I’m just desperate to know why it is not updating, I understand it is rush season but it has not left China yet, Does anyone know what item held at outward office
Of exchange mean as I can’t get a straight answer of anyone and have been told by the moderator on here if I ask again they will ban me for being a spam poster !!!!! Help please.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM313070799CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to UK on Nov 27.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and royal mail system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in UK). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until royal mail gets the parcel from customs. Then royal mail website will show its new status with UK location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
