Post No updates for a month RV510331805CN

I have a package (RV510331805CN) that was sent out on November 1st, and the last update on the package was on November 26th.

I'd like to know the following:
(1) What is/are the cause of delay
(2) If I can change the shipping address since I would be moving soon and I did not expect ny package to take almost 2 months long.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV510331805CN shows it was sent to airline on Nov 26. It is waiting for shipping space to UK.

Your parcel is an economical class mail. such parcel has lower priority to compete limited shipping space with high priority parcels such as EMS or ePacket parcels. So your waiting time can be very long. You need some patient. If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for refund.

Hi,

I understand. However, I did mention that I will be moving to a new apartment and I would like to know if I can change the shipping address.

Also, the package is Japan-bound, not UK.

Unfortunate you can not change the shipping address which has been printed in the parcel.
