No update since 3 days, is there a natural disaster or something?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ660546761CN shows the parcel is waiting for airline space from beijing to France. waiting time can be 7 to 20 days. no updated during waiting time is very normal, no need worry.

I have chosen fast delivery 7-10 days but can it be much more longer than planed duration?
