3. Did your parcel departed Guangzhou for another China Airfield because if it did, then the mail bag might have been stuck into the backlog of a lots of parcel in China.

4. The explanation of the backlog is that from the 01 - 08 Oct there was a China National holiday and the mail in China was almost not moving. When the machine started it was the chaos in the China Mail system. Everybody is affected by this backlog.

5. Maybe you could give your parcel another week, you could also advise your seller that you have not receive your parcel and ask him to verify with China Post. Please make sure you still have buyers protection for your parcel in case you need to open a dispute.
