Hello good afternoon
My order is with its status stopped for almost a month without any update, I would like a response from China Post.
I couldn't get in touch with the company I bought from. So what should I do now? Except for this forum, I can't find any email addresses for China Post customer service.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO403788999CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shanghai office to Brasil on Nov 12.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Brasil Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Shanghai ,China or customs warehouse in Brasil). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is holiday shipping rush season, processing is very slow. Such no-information stage might last 30 to 40 days until Brasil Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Brasil Post website will show its new status with Brasil location.
