Hi, I have not had my package updated for several days, I’m wondering if it’s stuck in China customs?

Same for me, it's been 10 days for two items from different regions, "left post office" then nothing!
Is something happening there delaying the packages? Or is it high season already?!

This is upsetting when you are charged a premium for fast shipping

http://track-chinapost.com/result_ems.php?code=EA907270320CN shows the parcel was just shipped on Oct 20. normally ems parcel will take 7 to 20 days to reach Australia. once parcel passes Australia customs, you will see new status in Australia Post website.
