I posted a parcel to Beijing in the middle of January. The last message of tracking system was the folloing: 2017-01-28 08:35 Exchange Bureau in Beijing, has imported opening/ 2017-01-29 15:09 北京互换局, 已进口互封(国内经转)
I think it is not normal that about month information didn't change.
Could you please help me with my parcel?
My tracking number is CK052278174DE

It's looks like they have a seriously delay. I sent my package 10.01.2017 and it took a 30 days to reached Beijing Transit Station. Last update of my parcel is
2017-02-10 13:57:40.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit ). It's going to Shenzen for 13 days, weird.
Maybe because Chinease New Year it's delayed, have no id. Be patient

I still have no tracking update for my parcel (tracking number CK052278174DE)

Chinease New Year passed month ago and I think it couldn't cause such big delay.
Where could I appeal in Beijing to find my parcel?

CK052278174DE should have some delivery problem. I hope your parcel has chinese address otherwise it will cause delivery problem(many china post delivery guy does not understand English). Ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and see if he can pickup the parcel.

it has been on transit for 25 days without an updated since then, is this normal? (epacket to saudia arabia)

epacket normally will arrive Saudi in 2 to 4 weeks. Your parcel seems to be delayed. I suggest you wait 10 more days. If you can not get it May 17, open dispute for lost parcel refund.
