Hello,

my order with tracking number RS809656983CN left Guangzhou airport on 18th December 2016. No tracking information is available since then. Will it arrive? Can you find out where my order is now?

1. If you did not receive your parcel by now, either it's lost or misplace.

2. Contact your seller or open a dispute.
