My package RO038892761CN has not had a status update in a week, last it said it was leaving Shanghai airport and heading to the next airport. Please help.

I have the same problem with the package RI738349925CN, is this normal, or are there some problems on the way?

after parcel left china, status will stuck at its last china location for 2 to 4 weeks, it is normal because none scan the parcel outside china.
