1. This is what I found for you:

2. So as you can see the parcel is On Route to USA, it did clear both Security and Customs of China Post. Your parcel is fine, you just need to track it through USPS and I would not be surprise to see some tracking within a week from now.

3. Normally E Packet can take from 6 to 12 working days to be deliver. Right now yours has been on the road for 12 working days . If by any chances you don't see any tracking by Friday the 30 Sep, then may I suggest you contact seller to ask him to phone China Post about your parcel.
