Hi,

i have ordered an item about a week ago and the tracking number provided ( LZ552129050CN ) shows no shipping record. is this normal or should i report the seller to paypal and request a refund ?

thank you for the update.
the package havent moved for 6 days now, is it held up in customs possibly or waiting for a plane to be loaded on ?

the parcel is waiting for flight space to UK. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. Everything looks normal, no need worry.

thank you, its sad as the seller promised 5-15 days delivery time and i paid for express delivery...
