Has it left China? When will it arrive in U.K.? No tracking information has been updated since 12.2.16

Since we don't have a flight number nobody can answer that question.

Maybe it's there but has not been scan yet by Royal Mail or maybe it's On Route/In Transit to UK. When there is no scanning it mean, no tracking is available and nobody know where the parcel is. But that does not mean the parcel is not moving.

3. This time of year is the most busiest time for all Post Office in the World, so mail is very slow.

4. Just continue to track your parcel on the Royal Mail site for any new movement.
