Item shipped on August 8, and as of today, buyer says item was not received, if item was unclaimed, will I receive it back? package lost? didn't leave usa? still in China? any sugestions, please help?, thanks

1. I could not even find one tracking of the parcel in China Post. If ever the parcel arrive in China it can take up to 40 days for delivery.

2. You might want to read this:

I shipped a parcel from USA to China, how can I know the delivery status?

3. You should contact USPS and have them open an investigation about your parcel. They should have advise China Post about the parcel but to my knowledge they did not, that why we can not at least have one tracking of the parcel.
