Post No process after "Item presented to import Customs"

19 days ago, I sent a return parcel back to China. Since one week the tracking status is "Item presented to import Customs" (Location CNTYUA) . The first custom clearance in Beijing was only one day, so I'm wondering if the parcel is stuck or if there is a problem. Could you please provide information about how to deal with that? The tracking number of the parcel is: CY281596436DE. Thanks

CY281596436DE arrived China Post customs warehouse in Taiyuan on May 31. Receiver need go to China Post Taiyuan office to pay duty and make customs clearance.
