Post No new update and its been two months, where is my package?

I'm still waiting on package LK196018604CN from China. Seller says wait a week for delay, I did. Still nothing. Is this going to take as long as 6 weeks to ship? What happens after 6 weeks with no movement? Please help.

you should open dispute to ebay for non-arrival order.

Seller issued a refund. Is there any hope I still might receive my package? How do I know if a package was actually sent out?

you got your refund, what else you want to do? return the goods to seller?

I wouldn't have a problem paying the seller back if I ever did receive the package. My question is will my package stay in the pre-shipment phase forever? Is there really even a package? If it ever moved from the pre-shipment phase would it go back to HongKong or move forward to the US??

You never know. The parcel might simply be delayed in some places and later suddenly shows up in your front door (some of our user get the parcel half year delay)
