Post No movement on parcel

Hi everybody,

I sent a package to: ,Longgang District ,Shenzhen , Guangdong province, China

And according to the tracking number RL649279009IE it has reached china but it hasn't moved in over ten days or so. It's a return item (faulty) and i'm wondering if it got stuck somewhere?
