Hello!

My parcel has no activity for 1 month now, last was oct 17th / export customs cleared. Destination country Finland. Tracking number is RJ868472495CN . Could someone help me, is the parcel missing? Finnish post office has never recieved this shipment.

1. Parcel to Finland can take from 6 to 36 days to arrive. Give you parcel a chance up to the 25 Nov. If at that time, you can not track the parcel on Finland Post site and did not receive the parcel, then open a dispute for not receiving your parcel.
