Post NINGBO EMS Package Says Delivered, But Isnt

Hi,
I'm signed up for USPS Informed Delivery and it said that I was expecting a package from China. I had another package arrive on the same day perfectly fine.
What's up with this package? When will it actually arrive?
The tracking number is LT435326919CN.
