Post Need Tracking Info

I need info on LH223527382US. The package arrived in Germany, its final destination on April 24. Then it was sent to China, I assume by mistake. Now it has disappeared. Can it be located and resent back to Germany?

LH223527382US arrived in China on April 30. China Post database shows it is leaving China. Normally such wrongly shipped parcel will be returned to USA or Germany by ocean ship. You will see next update in about 3 to 5 months.

Is it possible to fly it back to Germany? After all, 3 to 5 months is a long time to wait for a package that should have arrived last week! This is a mistake the postal service(s) should take responsibility for since the mistake is completely on the postal side.

Unfortunately it is impossible for China Post to find your item from thousands of parcels in the ocean container and then ship it by air.
