Post Need to ttrack USPS First class - Customs# UH004139393US

Is there some place I can look up this Customs# UH004139393US?

Because I mailed a parcel First Class from my local post office in Iowa, US on Feb 27 and it has yet not arrived in China. The only tracking number I received from the post office is this customs number. Is there a China Customs web site I can look at?
