I believe that your parcel has left China and is en-route to you. The shipment cannot be tracked once it has left China. It will be treated as a normal mail in your mailbox now.

You may have to check on the ETA to your country now.

On the other hand, I could not find anything on the other shipment 71026126480. The tracking system may only be able to capture shipments made the past 5 - 10 days. If after 10 days after the seller has shipped the item and you still cant track it, then, my advice is for you to file a dispute against the seller. Since it indicate that the seller has not physically shipped your order out.
