Hello i need some info about RC397983648CN , its more then 10 days in Customs-Control warehouse. Should i open dispute or should i wait ?

RC397983648CN stuck in Wenzhou customs over 10 days without moving to Beijing or Shanghai. This is not a good news. It might has some problem to pass security check. We suggest wait 2 or 3 days more and track it again in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php, if still no change of status and location, you should open a dispute.
