Package has not updated from Processed through Facility on 09/05/17. USPS says it has not even left China yet. This is EMS. I do not understand.

CX009833837CN left guangzhou on Sept 5. you need wait about 2 to 3 weeks to get it in USA.

I thought EMS was supposed to be 3 to 5 business days?
